The Retreat
Joefrey organises amazing outdoor fitness classes where the goal is to MOVE and have fun! This fits so well witht he goals of Pilates Fusion classes that I will be introducing the class to Joefreys workout group this Sunday. We will also be trying out some breakdancing with Daniel Laquian. You're going to learn new things, get a great workout in and meet cool people! Come and join, it is open to everyone!
