Pilates Fusion x SUNDAY MOVEMENTS

Joefrey organises amazing outdoor fitness classes where the goal is to MOVE and have fun! This fits so well witht he goals of Pilates Fusion classes that I will be introducing the class to Joefreys workout group this Sunday.
