From the 21st to 26th of March we will be in Morocco on the white sand beach of Dakhla, well known for it's kite surfing & surfing spot, and beautiful nature. This little oasis, just a few kilometers away from the Sahara, will be the base for all our challenges : surfing lessons, pilates fusion, yoga, games on the beach and even an excursion in the dunes. It is a sporty retreat but accessible to all those who like to, or want to learn to, challenge themselves.

Dakhla is also the ideal place to take time for yourself and live a rich and transformative human adventure.

3. You will receive an email from Alice with a copy of the general conditions which will allow you to validate which type of room you wish. You can of course ask us all your questions if you have any.

4. Ocean Vagabond is waiting for your payment. Once they confirm it to us...you are officially registered!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation and method of payment:

You will be accommodated in an ecolodge villa/bungalow, all in wood, on stilts, intimate and comfortable, as part of an ever more committed approach to responsible tourism: 100% solar energy, dry toilets, local food.

Each villa has 2 separate bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds or 1 double bed according to your wishes. (2 people per room), a separate bathroom, separate shower and separate dry toilets.

The price (below) includes all the activities, workshops and courses (Surf) of the program, all the meals, from lunch on Tuesday March 21 to breakfast on Sunday March 26 (full board in the form of buffets with respect of all specific diets), accommodation, AR Airport-Ocean Vagabond Lassarga transfers.

PRICES (excluding flight):

EB - EARLY BIRD (until 10.01.2023): €950 in a shared room, €1450 in a private room.

PT - FULL PRICE (from 11.01.2023): €1250 in a shared room, €1750 in a private room.

Note that the rooms will be equipped with the type of bed of your choice (single/double bed).

The full amount must be paid for in two stages and to two separate service providers:

One part to our service provider Océan Vagabond Lassarga. 

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE VALIDATED WITHOUT THIS PAYMENT. Amount: €550 for a shared room and €1050 for a private room.

The second part to the organization, after validating your registration (the first payment to Ocean Vagabond). The timing and the possibilities of payment facilities can be assessed together if necessary. Amount: €400 in early bird and €700 after January 20, 2023.

Payments will be made by bank transfer. You will receive, by email, the necessary information (IBAN etc.) as soon as you express your interest in this magical moment with us.

TRANSPORT

Flights :

The scheduled flights for the start and end times of the retreat are as follows with Royal Air Maroc.

Departure: Tuesday, March 21 6:55 a.m. Paris Orly ORY - 11:35 a.m. Dakhla VIL (direct)

Return: Sunday March 26 8:45 a.m. Dakhla VIL - 5:30 p.m. Paris Charles de Gaulle CDG (or 4:15 p.m. Paris Orly ORY)

Do not hesitate to share with us other cheaper or more accommodating flights for other cities than Paris as well.

Take into account that you will have to be at 5am at the airport in Paris. Plan transport / arrival the day before in Paris. Once the registrations have started, we will put you in touch for possible possibilities of carpooling to Paris, private accommodation, carpooling to the airport, etc.

Arrival and Departure

It is possible to arrive earlier and leave later from Dakhla by finding your own flights and accommodation. It is imperative that everyone joins the retreat at the same time, Tuesday March 21 at 2 p.m. at the Océan Vagabond center.

Transport between Dakhla airport and the accommodation is included in the price of the retreat.

Possibility of taking the flight via our travel agency:

Flight negotiated at xxx € with Royal Air Maroc. Price negotiation still in progress.

Terms of cancelation

From the organizer (Covid, sick, accident, others...): you will be fully reimbursed.

In case of cancellation by you:

A deposit of 80€ will be kept for the costs incurred in connection with your reservation whatever the reason for the cancellation.

For any cancellation until January 31, 2023, reimbursement of all sums paid

For any cancellation between February 01 and February 20, 2023, 50% refund of the sums paid

From February 21, 2023: no possible refund of the sums paid unless you find someone to replace you, in which case you will be fully reimbursed.

In the event of a positive Covid test: reimbursement of costs incurred (minus €80) only on presentation of laboratory results dating from less than a week before the start of the retreat.

For a serious medical reason: full refund upon presentation of a medical certificate.

3. Tu recevras un mail d'Alice avec une copie des conditions générales qui te permettra de valider quel type de chambre tu souhaites. Tu pourras biensur nous poser toutes tes questions si tu en as. 

4. Océan Vagabond attend ton paiement. Une fois qu'ils nous le confirment...tu es officiellement inscrit.e!

TERMES ET CONDITIONS

Réservation et mode de règlement :

Vous serez logé.e.s en villa/bungalow ecolodge, tout en bois, sur pilotis, intimiste et confortable, s’inscrivant dans une démarche toujours plus engagée de tourisme responsable : Énergie 100% solaire, toilettes sèches, nourriture locale.

Chaque villa comporte 2 chambres séparées, chacune étant équipée de 2 lits simples ou 1 lit double selon vos souhaits. (2 personnes par chambre), d’une salle-de-bain séparée, douche séparée et toilettes sèches séparées.

Le tarif (ci dessous) comprend l’ensemble des activités, ateliers et cours (Surf) du programme, l’intégralité des repas, du déjeuner du mardi 21 Mars au petit déjeuner du Dimanche 26 Mars (pension complète sous forme de buffets avec respect de tous les régimes alimentaires spécifiques), l’hébergement, les transferts AR Aéroport-Océan Vagabond Lassarga.

TARIFS (hors vol) :

• EB - EARLY BIRD (jusqu’au 10.01.2023) :  950€ en chambre partagée, 1450 € en chambre privatisée.
• PT - PLEIN TARIF (à partir du 11.01.2023) :  1250€ en chambre partagée, 1750€ en chambre privatisée.

A noter que les chambres seront équipées du type de lit de votre souhait (lit simple/double).

Le stage devra être réglé en deux temps et à deux prestataires distincts :

• Une partie à notre prestataire Océan Vagabond Lassarga. VOTRE INSCRIPTION NE SERA PAS VALIDÉE SANS CE PAIEMENT. Montant : 550€ pour une chambre partagée et 1050€ pour une chambre privatisée. 
• Le solde  à destination de l’organisation, après validation de l’inscription. La temporalité et les possibilités de facilités de paiement peuvent être évaluées ensemble si nécessaire. Montant : 400€ en early bird et 700€ après le 10 janvier 2023.

Les règlements s’effectueront par virement. Vous recevrez, par email, les informations nécessaire (IBAN etc) dès lors que vous manifesterez votre intérêt pour ce moment magique avec nous.

LE TRANSPORT

Les vols :

Les vols prévus pour les horaires de début et de fin de la retraite sont les suivants avec Royal Air Maroc.

Aller : Mardi 21 Mars 6h55 Paris Orly ORY -  11h35 Dakhla VIL (direct)

Retour : Dimanche 26 Mars  8h45 Dakhla VIL - 17h30 Paris Charles de Gaule CDG (ou 16h15 Paris Orly ORY)

N’hésitez pas à nous partager d’autres vols moins chers ou plus arrangeants pour d’autres villes que Paris également.

Prenez bien en compte qu’il faudra être à 5h du matin à l’aéroport à Paris. Prévoir le transport/ une arrivée la veille sur Paris. Une fois les inscriptions commencées nous vous mettrons en relation pour d’éventuelles possibilités de covoiturage vers paris, hébergements privés, covoiturages vers l’aéroport etc.

Arrivée et Départ

Il est possible d’arriver plus tôt et de repartir plus tard de Dakhla en trouvant vos propres vols et hébergement. Il est impératif que tout le monde intègre la retraite en même temps, Mardi 21 mars à 14h au centre Océan Vagabond.

Le transport entre l’aéroport de Dakhla et le logement est inclus dans le prix de la retraite.

Possibilité de prendre le vol via notre agence de voyage :

Vol négocié  à xxx € avec Royal Air Maroc. Négociation des tarifs toujours en cours.

CONDITIONS d'ANNULATION

De la part de l’organisateur (Covid, malade, accident, autres...) : vous serez totalement remboursé.e.

En cas d’annulation de votre part :

Un acompte de 80€ sera gardé pour les frais engagés dans le cadre de votre réservation quelque soit le motif de l'annulation.

• Pour toute annulation jusqu’au 31 Janvier 2023, remboursement de la totalité des sommes versées
• Pour toute annulation entre le 01 Février et le 20 Février 2023, remboursement de 50% des sommes versées
• A partir du 21 Février 2023 : aucun remboursement possible des sommes versées à moins de trouver une personne pour vous remplacer, auquel cas, vous seriez totalement remboursé.e.

En cas de test Covid positif : remboursement des frais engagés (moins les 80€) uniquement sur présentation des résultats du laboratoire datant de moins d’une semaine avant le début de la retraite.

Pour une raison médicale grave : remboursement intégral sur présentation d’un certificat médical.
